Hearings

Witness Hearings

The Inquiry will be returning to London in October to hear further evidence from people who have been infected and/or affected.

Each day of these hearings will take the same approach, with three to four witnesses expected to give their testimony on each day.

The Chair is selecting witnesses (further information here) to ensure that at each set of hearings, evidence is given covering a range of conditions, sources of infection and time periods, to help get to the truth of what happened.

A list of witnesses who are giving oral evidence will be published at least one week ahead of those hearings and each day, and week, will be of equal importance.
