We have updated the statement of approach about submissions to answer questions from recognised legal representatives.
The statement of approach provides more information for recognised legal representatives and unrepresented core participants wishing to provide submissions as follows:

By 20 June, initial written submissions outlining any recommendations (beyond compensation) they want to invite Sir Brian to consider so that he can decide whether any additional evidence is required.

By 24 October, written submissions about the conclusions they think Sir Brian should reach and the recommendations they hope he will feel able to make.
