Following recent meetings and correspondence with participants, Sir Robert Francis has extended the deadline for written submissions to Sunday 19 December. In line with this, Sir Robert’s report to the Government will now be submitted no later than Monday 14 March 2022.

As previously announced, the Compensation Framework Study review is independent of the Inquiry and the Inquiry will take evidence from Sir Robert Francis subsequent to his report.
